The human kinome consists of more than 500 kinases. Hence determination of the selectivity of kinase inhibitors is crucial to avoid side-effects caused by inhibition of off-targets. In vitro profiling against a large panel of protein kinases with a broad coverage of the human kinome is essential for the assessment of selectivity and potential side-effects. With our service package ProQinase WholePanelProfiler you have the opportunity to test a single or a few compounds against the complete panel at a very atractive price. We routinely measure two data points per compound and it is up to you to decide whether you prefer a single concentration in duplicate or two concentrations in singlicate..
The assay we use is our radiometric 33PanQinase® Assay, run at 1 uM ATP. Smooth processing and rapid turnover of maximally 10 working days are guaranteed.
