Determination of the selectivity of kinase inhibitors is crucial to avoid side-effects caused by off-target inhibition. Biochemical profiling using a large panel of kinase activity assays with a broad coverage of the human kinome is essential for the assessment of selectivity and potential side-effects. ProQinase biochemical kinase testing services currently comprises a panel of 358 recombinant human protein kinases and 10 lipid kinases for broad selectivity profiling of your compounds. With our two standardized service packages Kinase WholePanelProfiler (358 protein kinases) and Kinase WholePanelProfilerPlus (358 protein kinases & 10 lipid kinases) you have the opportunity to test a single or more compounds against a group of kinases covering about 60% of the human kinome, as recently published in Nature Chemical Biology1.
Important features of our service:
- Two data points per cpd: 1 conc. in duplicate or 2 conc. in singlicate
- Assay technologies: Radiometric assay for all protein kinases and ADP-GloTM kinase assay (Promega) for all lipid kinases
- Testing at app. ATP Km: With a few exceptions each kinase will be tested at the respective assay specific ATP Km
- Rapid turnover: 10 working days maximally are guaranteed
A quote and detailed information about submission of test samples will be provided upon request.
