Custom tailored in vitro Kinase Assay Services
ProQinase offers completely flexible custom-tailored in vitro kinase assay services. For each project you may freely choose (i) the number of test compounds, (ii) the kinase panel and (iii) the number of datapoints for each test compound (i.e. concentrations and number of replicates). Typical services are broad kinase profiling projects with a few compounds, as well as high throughput screening of large compound libraries (HTS). ProQinase's kinase panel for in vitro testing currently comprises 288 protein kinases. Compound profiling can be performed either as single concentration measurement or as IC50 profiling (10 conc. in semilog steps).
The following important points are common to all custom-tailored in vitro kinase assay service projects:

The KinaseFinder as a standardized service package that allows to identify protein kinases that phosphorylate your protein or peptide of interest. This service is currently offered with either 190 Ser/Thr protein kinases or 81 Tyr protein kinases or both.
